USPP-G is a microprocessor temperature controller that maintains the desired temperature, and measures the preset time. The controller can be used to control the gas or oil furnaces bakery. The controller provides total control of furnace operation by controlling air circulation fan, burner, fogging and lighting the furnace. The control is provided by the built-in relays. Process parameters set during programming are saved in non-volatile memory controller. There is no need to re-set the parameters after power-up.
USPP controller reads the temperature of the two temperature sensors, control contactors or team triacs or thyristors. Because of the two sensors, the controller can be made available with a preview of the second input or controlled by averaging the measurements of the two measuring inputs. All parameters set during programming are entered using the keyboard plastic covering the front panel. The measured temperature value of the selected channel is presented in real time on the display. Measured time is shown on a separate display. The front panel of the controller are LEDs that currently outputs are enabled or disabled. Also signaled alarm ALARM LED (exceeding allowable temperature, damage actuators, sensor failure). The controller has audible indication of the measuring set time (such as the end of baking).
The device is powered by 230 VAC, in the case of a power failure the controller state is stored in non-volatile memory so that when power is interrupted to continue. Supply voltage can be tailored to the individual needs of the client. The device is made in the form of a module placed in a metal housing with dimensions of 90x90x120 mm and 96x96 mm faceplate or plastic housing with dimensions of 90x90x100 mm and 96x96 mm faceplate. The controller can operate in an ambient temperature range of 0 - 60 ° C.
Due to the versatility and easy installation output driver can be used both in new furnaces already in operation as well.
