Baking oven controller USPETD ( USPET USPEZ USPEJ USPEK USPEF ) (bakery oven, modular oven, shop oven)

The USPETD ( USPET USPEZ USPEJ USPEK USPEF )  controller is a universal controller  for baking oven. It allows you to control both electric furnace as well as furnace oil or gas. It allows you to adjust the temperature of both hysteresis and by means of a simplified PID algorithmExpanded inputs give you with a wide range of sensors such as resistance sensors (eg Pt100), thermocouple, sensors with current output 0-20mA or 4-20mA or voltage output of 0-1V.

 

Versatility solutions and a wide range of attachable sensors allows the use of advanced equipment for the baking process.

 

The controller provides complete control of bakery ovens and individual modular furnaces chambers . Three independent control circuits to control the upper deck,  lower deck and steam chamber. Primary use: shop oven, bakery oven, modular oven.

 

The controller is equipped with a real time clock, which allows switching the oven at any time to warm up without the presence of staff.

 

In addition, the controller is equipped with a memory of 20 baking programsBaking parameters are programmed by the user so that they can be changed at any time.  Program the temperature of the upper deck, lower deck temperature and baking time.

 

All configuration functions are available to the user in the programming phase. You can set alarms, ranges entering the settings, parameters, hysteresis or PID control, the type of sensor, the temperature in the steam chamber and the type of control. All measured values are displayed on a regular basis with the displays.

 

The controller is performed in a dedicated version for the manufacturer of the furnace, taking into account both the appearance and function of individual furnace control.
