Temperature controller with the characteristics of US11

US11 is a computer temperature controller, which implements complex thermal processes according to user-specified program. The process can consist of several stages consisting of maintaining the temperature for a predetermined time or for increasing or decreasing the temperature at a specified rate. Process parameters set during programming are saved in non-volatile memory controller. The memory capacity allows the user to enter ten different programs for ten different processes.

US11 controller is a single-channel controller, performs in one program at a time, measuring the temperature with a temperature sensor or control contactors or thyristors triacs team. It has, however, leads allow connection of several controllers to synchronize the work.

All parameters set during programming can be entered using the key pad covering the front panel. The measured temperature is constantly shown on the display. Number execution of the program, the type and number of the currently implemented step is displayed on a separate screen. Derogation from the set temperature is indicated by the LEDs.

The power supply is 230 VAC (others on request), in the case of a power failure the controller state is stored in non-volatile memory so that when power is interrupted to continue. The device is made in the form of a module placed in a metal housing with dimensions of 90x90x120 mm and 96x96 mm faceplate. The controller can operate in an ambient temperature range of 0 - 50 ° C.
